Set Up

22/1/16

This was the first night that of filming, in which we shot slides 1-17 of the storyline. Below are pictures of how it was all set up, including the Lanta V2 Baton lights, the Par Cans, and the rest of the equipment needed to hook it all up. At first glance down the hall, it seemed as though the lighting was too bright, and as such we dimmed the lighting. However, when we looked at the footage on computer, we found that it was actually too dark, rendering this footage unusable. Overall, we shot 41 clips on the 22nd January(although we used none of it).

26/1/16

On the next night of filming, we had to reshoot everything we did on the 21st because it was too dark and too out of focus on the camera. Because of this, we increased the lights, and shot slides 1-17 of the storyline again. The pictures below show that set up, and you can quite clearly see the differents in light between them. We also have close ups of the lighting equipment, as well as showing how we put the wiring up on the wall. Overall, we shot 48 clips on the 26th January.

28/1/16

Due to the lighting being good on the 26th, we were able to continue on the 28th to one of the quick cuts, running footsteps, and the shots outside. There wasn't as much set up on this day in terms of lighting, as we had enough lighting outside and in the room for the quick cut. We did, however, use the Par Cans to reshoot the close up of the door opening. Overall we shot 34 clips on the 28th January.

1/2/16

We shot some more quick cuts on February 1st, including the rocking back and forth in the corner, a close up of the character looking left and right, and going through a breifcase. We only had to set up a Par Can because we were only focusing on one corner. On this day, we also made some sound recordings, and took pictures of the costume and the sound recording equipment. Overall, we shot 18 clips and took 30 pictures on the 1st February.
